How I Built an n8n Pipeline That Publishes SEO Blogs for Naria Holidays Every Day

The Challenge
Naria Holidays competes in a crowded travel market where companies fight for the same searches, such as Nepal tour packages, Maldives packages, and visa guides. Ranking for these terms takes steady, high-quality content. The team faced three problems:
Writing one good blog took hours, so publishing stayed irregular.
Topics were chosen by guesswork rather than by what people actually search for.
Each post needed manual work after writing, including categories, tags, images, and formatting.
The Goal
Publish SEO-ready blogs on a daily schedule, with consistent quality and almost no manual work.
The Approach
1. Topic Planning
I built a topic plan around Naria’s packages and destinations. Each topic targets a clear search intent, such as package pricing, visa requirements, or best time to visit, and links back to a relevant tour package.
2. The n8n Workflow
I designed a workflow in n8n that runs every day. In order, it:
Picks the next topic from the plan.
Generates the blog in a fixed structure, with a clear title, headings, FAQs, and a call to action.
Writes the SEO title, meta description, and slug.
Assigns the right category and tags automatically.
Publishes the post to the Naria Holidays website.
3. Fixing Taxonomy Problems
Early runs created duplicate or wrong categories and tags. I fixed this by matching each post against the site’s existing taxonomy before publishing, so categories stay clean and organized.
4. Quality Control
The content follows a fixed template for tone, length, and structure. I review the results regularly and refine the prompts, so quality improves over time instead of drifting.
The Results
Blog publishing moved from irregular to daily.
Time spent per blog dropped from [3 hours] to [10 minutes] of review.
Organic impressions grew by [X]% in [X] months.
[X] blog posts are now indexed and ranking for package and destination keywords.
[Add one line about enquiries or bookings that came from blog traffic, if you can share it.]

Key Takeaway
Automation does not replace strategy. It makes a good strategy repeatable. With a clear topic plan, a fixed content template, and clean publishing rules, a small team can publish at a scale that would normally need a full content department.
