How We Turned Meta Ads into a Steady Stream of Qualified Tour Leads for Naria Holidays
Discuss a similar project
The challenge
Naria Holidays was getting enquiries, but many were low-intent: people asking about prices with no plan to travel. Three problems stood out:
Broad targeting reached many people who could not afford or were not ready to book an international package.
Ad creatives were generic and did not highlight a specific package, date, or price.
Leads from Facebook were scattered, so the calling team often followed up late or lost track of lead status.
The approach
Audience refinement: I analyzed the professions that book Nepal packages most often and built targeting around those groups, with a Bangladeshi taka (BDT) budget and bidding plan.
Package-focused creatives: I designed poster-style banners with landmark visuals, clear package names, and a call to action, so each ad promoted one specific tour.
Lead Ads setup: Short in-platform forms captured name, phone number, and travel intent without sending people to a slow landing page.
Lead dashboard: I built a lead management dashboard on Supabase with admin and calling-agent roles. Facebook leads flow in automatically, and each lead carries a status (new, contacted, interested, booked, lost).
Optimization loop: I reviewed performance weekly, paused weak ad sets, and moved budget to the best-performing audiences and creatives.
The results
Targeting and creatives that were specific to each package brought in a better class of lead, and the dashboard gave the sales team a clear process. Enquiries became more relevant, response time dropped, and the team could see which leads were worth their time. Ad budget moved steadily toward the audiences and creatives that produced bookings rather than just clicks. [Add one sentence about bookings or revenue if you can share it.]
